excellent location pleasant staff clean room warm room ac issue faulty air conditioning
The staff was pleasant. The location is excellent. It is just a short walk to the tube and close to many restaurants and cafes. The room was super clean and cozy.
The room temperature was warm. The air conditioning did not work well. A technician fixed the AC after we arrived. The same issue happened again after a couple of hours.

underwhelming stay, some issues
the beds werent bad i guess, they allowed for some sleep.
the air conditioning didnt even work, it made the room unbearable. i was told to open a window, so safe and secure. honestly, it ruined a night.

Excellent Stay in Convenient Location

I really enjoyed the updated room I stayed in. The staff were helpful, and the bed felt very comfortable. The bathroom featured a separated layout, containing the toilet on one side and the shower on the other side. I found that useful. The included breakfast was fresh, complete, and tasty, a great way to start the day.
The lack of a refrigerator in the room was slightly inconvenient.

The location provided quiet surroundings, though multiple restaurants were still easily accessible nearby. A short walk led to the Port Royal train station, while buses are accessible at Vavin for transport. The Eiffel Tower is also reachable by foot in about 45 minutes.

My room was beautiful and super clean. The cleaning staff maintained it well. The room also included doors opening onto a calm courtyard. The room felt spacious, which I definitely appreciated after busy days.

The hotel featured a front courtyard and a back garden. A 24-hour reception provided assistance at all times. The hotel also offered breakfast, and I found it good value.

The reception staff, including Nicholas and Mathias, were helpful and friendly. All the staff ensured a seamless check-in process. I appreciated the kind and cute staff, who made a surprise for my anniversary.

great location helpful staff
The location were great and the staff were helpfull. The metro station is very close to the place. They also did offer to keep my staff in a locked room until I were ready to go to the airport.
The floor was relatively dirty. the noise level was not great for working.
